This oil is extracted from the nut of the American Palm Tree. It is traditionally used by the indigenous community, particularly the Miskito Tribe (also known as ‘’the people of beautiful hair’’) in Honduras – where it is used as a holistic treatment for hair and skincare.

This oil contains high concentration of minerals and vitamins, including vitamin E and vitamin A – both of which nourishes the scalp and hair follicles, and promote and increase hair growth, as well as preventing hair loss.

Batana also contains Omega 6 & 9 fatty acids that help improve blood circulation to the scalp and ultimately enhancing hair growth.
