In the West it is considered a 'cooling' herb, and is used for rheumatic pain, irratible skin andfor those of a nervous disposition.
Blends well with: Basil oil goes particularly well with oils such as: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Cedarwood, Fennel, Ginger, Geranium, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Marjoram, Neroli and Verbena.
