Most commonly used in incense and perfumes (due to their spicy aromatic scents and ability to repel mosquitoes).

High grade Frankincense resin has been found to be edible (when free of black or brown impurities) and as such has been used for centuries to encourage healthy skin and digestion whilst treating arthritis and wounds. Ours is not edible however.

Myrrh gum in turn has been praised for its anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce pain and swelling as well lowering your bloodcholesterol.
