Is there anything worse than being all blocked up? Probably. But that doesn’t mean it’s not unbelievably annoying. Here’s an idea though – with just a few natural ingredients and some hot water, you can help to clear your airwaves and go from feeling snuffly to lovely in a few minutes.
Ingredients:
3 drops Eucalyptus Oil, 3 drops Peppermint Oil, 3 drops Marjoram Spanish Oil, 3 drops Niaouli Oil, 3 drops Thyme (red) Oil.
Instructions:
1. Add 3 drops of Baldwins Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Marjoram, Niaouli and Thyme Essential Oils to the bowl of water.
2. Cover head with a towel.
3. Inhale the vapours.
