Following the below recipe, the Peppermint’s antiviral effects compliment the body temperature raising properties of the Yarrow to create a perfect before-bed drink to say goodnight to your fever.
Just follow the instructions and then have a great night’s sleep:
Ingredients:
20-30 drops Elderberry Herbal Tincture, 20 drops Yarrow Herbal Tincture, 3 tbsp. Peppermint
Directions:
1. Boil peppermint in 200ml of water for 10 mins.
2. Strain into a mug.
3. Add tinctures.
