Baldwins Remedy Creator - Cats Claw Tea

Sometimes all you need is a cat in your life.

They can do all sorts of fantastic things, including (get this...) curing hay fever.

Okay, that was a bit of an exaggeration – in fact, all you need is Cat’s Claw.

Oddly enough, this isn’t actually anything to do with a cat, it’s just the bark of a fast-growing vine. Which, if anything is more related to a dog.

We digress.

The Cat’s Claw acts as an anti-inflammatory when ingested and, as such, can help with the common symptoms of hay fever.

That’s why Peruvians have been using this handy herb to treat various inflammatory symptoms for centuries.

Instructions:

1. Add in the Baldwins Cat’s Claw Bark to 800ml of water, just off the boil.

2. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

3. Strain the tea and mix in the honey.

4. Drink and enjoy.
