Baldwins Remedy Creator - Coconut Rinse

Not everyone is a fan of coconuts, but no one can deny that they conjure images of paradise islands and white beaches. But did you know they can also help create white teeth? There’s a technique called oil pulling, which involves rinsing your mouth with coconut oil and has been used for many years as a tooth whitening method.

It’s reckoned that the lauric acid in coconut oil can rid your teeth of the bacteria found in plaque which can make them yellow. Plus, it’s believed to promote gum health and help keep your breath fresh. What’s not to love?

Instructions:

1. Measure out 1 tbsp. of the Baldwins Solid Coconut Oil and put it in your mouth.

2. Push, swish, and pull the oil through and around your teeth for 10-15 minutes.

3. Spit out the oil, rinse and brush your teeth.

4. Drink 2 glasses of water.
