Baldwins Remedy Creator - Constipation Relief

It’s never a subject that anyone particularly relishes discussing, but when constipation hits, it can be a nightmare. Senna leaves have been used for centuries to encourage bowel movement and treat constipation – in fact, the FDA has even approved them as a non-prescription laxative. When drunk as a tea, the leaves stimulate the bowel muscle contractions and can help soften hard stools, which makes it a pretty handy weapon to have in your arsenal.

Instructions:

1. Mix 1tbsp. of the Baldwins Senna Leaves with 350ml of boiled water.

2. Stir, then leave to steep for 5 minutes.

3. Strain and drink before bed.

4. Don’t drink more than 2 cups and have plenty of water afterwards to rehydrate.
