Baldwins Remedy Creator - Dandelion and Turmeric Tea

Have you ever found yourself being on the receiving end of a telling off from your stomach? Occasionally something you’ve eaten or drunk doesn’t quite agree with your digestive system and it kicks up a fuss. This can take the form of cramps, pain, heartburn and everything in between.

When this happens, the best thing to do is take matters into your own hands and brew up a cup of dandelion tea to calm everything down. Dandelion has been used for generations as a natural remedy for indigestion and to increase appetite, so you’re in safe hands. Mix in some turmeric for added digestive benefits such as reducing gas and bloating.

Instructions:

1. Mix in 2tsp. of the Baldwins Dandelion Root into 350ml water, just off the boil.

2. Leave to steep for 5 minutes, then stir in 1tsp. of the Baldwins Turmeric Powder.

3. Leave to infuse for a further 3 minutes.

4. Strain, drink and enjoy.
