Ingredients:

1/2 tsp. Cinnamon Powder, 1/2 tsp. Cayenne Powder, 1/2 tsp. White Horehound, 1/2 tsp. Peppermint

Instructions:

1. Add 1/2 tsp. of each of the ingredients into a pint of boiling water.

2. Drink one hot cup before bed and then drink the rest cold the next day.
