Ginkgo has been used extensively as a traditional medicine for many years and is used to treat poor blood circulation. It’s believed to help with a number of associated issues, improving cognitive functions by dilating the blood vessels, preventing the sticking of blood platelets and improving overall blood circulation. By promoting microcirculation in the capillaries, ginkgo also encourages blood flow to the extremities.
Regular ginger consumption is also used to prevent the clotting of blood in the body, and can be more effective than aspirin in preventing blood clot formation.
Instructions:
1. Mix 3 drops each of the Baldwins Ginger Herbal Tincture and the Baldwins Ginkgo Herbal Tincture into 100ml of water.
2. Stir in 1tsp. of honey.
3. Drink once a day.
