Baldwins Remedy Creator - Ginseng & Lemongrass Memory Enhancer

It’s been used in China for centuries for this very reason and, when paired with the detoxification effects of Lemongrass, creates a wonderful, aromatic memory enhancer that tastes great.

Ingredients:

2 tsp. Baldwins Lemongrass Herb

2 tsp. Baldwins Ginseng Korean Root Powder

1 Baldwins Cinnamon Stick

4 -6 Baldwins Cardamon Seeds, cracked

2 tbsp. Paul Paynes English Honey

Instructions:

1. Add the Baldwins ginseng, lemongrass, cinnamon, and cardamom to saucepan. Cover with three cups of water.

2. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat; then reduce to medium-low.

3. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes, strain into a clean drinking container and serve sweetened to taste with the Paul Paynes honey.

4. Garnish with a lemon slice, if desired, for an extra burst of lemon flavour.

5. Lemongrass ginseng tea may be served warm or chilled over ice.
