Baldwins Remedy Creator - Guggul Tea

Guggulsterones. There’s a word you probably haven’t read yet today. But what, we hear you ask, are guggulsterones? Well, they’re what’s known as ‘kenotic steroid compounds’ and are contained within the guggul herb – an ingredient which has been used for its health benefits since ancient times.

The guggulsterones themselves are used to reduce the plaque that builds the inner walls of the arteries and causes poor blood flow. Guggulsterones reduce the possibility of blood clot formation, which leads to overall better circulation throughout the body.

Instructions:

1. Note - Consult your doctor before having Guggul Tea. Pregnant women shouldn’t use guggul and it may interact with other drugs.

2. Mix 2 tsp. of the Baldwins Organic Guggul Powder into 350ml of water, just off the boil.

3. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

4. Drink and enjoy.
