Hay fever is a condition which is pretty much an all-rounder when it comes to creating aggravating symptoms.
The irritation in the face, itchy eyes and nose, tiredness, coughing, sneezing… We could go on. Suffice to say, it’s not much fun and it can really affect those summer days out in the fields and parks.
If you find yourself suffering from any or all of the above, there is a natural way to ease those symptoms and get back to enjoying all that summer has to offer.

Instructions:
1. Mix the Baldwins Eyebright Herb and Baldwins Horehound Herb into 400ml of water, just off the boil.
2. Leave to steep for 15 minutes, covering with a saucer (or using a teapot).
3. Strain the tea and enjoy.
