Baldwins Remedy Creator - Herbal Bone Tea

There are a number of dietary factors to consider when trying to maintain bone strength – the most well-known being high vitamin d and calcium intake. However, what many people might not know is that vitamin k is widely used to rebuild bone density and strengthen against future fracture risk.

Green leafed salad is generally high in this handy little vitamin, but if you want to boost your k levels with a nice, warm cup of herbal tea – look no further.

Instructions:

1. Mix 1tsp. each of the Baldwins Basil, Thyme and Sage herbs together in 350ml of water, just off the boil.

2. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes.

3. Strain, drink and enjoy.

4. Have twice a week.
