Baldwins Remedy Creator - Hot Lemon, Ginger and Honey

In the words of the wise Pooh Bear, “If everything is honey and I am what I eat, I must be made of honey and life is very sweet”.

Admittedly life isn’t always sweet; sometimes you’re bogged down by pesky bodily nuisances such as inflammation. In cases such as this, take a leaf out of Pooh’s book and find your way to the honey jar, armed with a lemon, some ginger and some turmeric.

Ingredients:

2 cups water, 1/2 tsp. Baldwins Powdered Ginger, 1/2 tsp. Baldwins powdered Turmeric, 1 tbsp. honey, Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions:

1. Bring water to the boil, then add powdered herbs.

2. Simmer for 10 minutes.

3. Strain tea into a mug, add honey and lemon, stirring to combine.

4. Drink warm.
