Baldwins Remedy Creator - Indian Inspired Detox Drink

India has long been hailed as a leading light in the world of herbal remedies and healthy living. The array of spices used in Indian cuisine can be used to help with various ailments and complaints (as well as combining to make some of the most delicious foods).

This Indian-inspired Detox Drink combines a mixture of some of nature’s most beneficial ingredients, which will flush all the nasties out in a matter of hours.

Instructions:

1. Combine 1tbsp of Ginger Root, 2tsp of Turmeric, 1tsp of Guinea Pepper, 3/4tsp of Cinnamon Powder and 1tsp of Honey.

2. Add to 150 ml of boiling water.

3. Steep for 10 minutes.

4. Add coconut milk at the end.

5. Strain to remove ginger and turmeric.
