Basil – it's an essential ingredient in Italian cooking, but also a hidden gem when it comes to improving mental clarity. Many people haven’t heard of its reputation for relieving mental fatigue, calming nervous tension and increasing focus.
When mixed with the power-duo of ginger and honey, you’re left with the perfect soothing cup of tea to help rid you of your worries and clear away your brain clutter.
Instructions:
1. Stir 2g of the Baldwins Basil herb and 1tbsp. of Baldwins Ginger Root Powder into the water, just off the boil.
2. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
3. Strain and then mix in the honey and lemon juice.
4. Drink and enjoy.
