Baldwins Remedy Creator - Lemon Ginger Turmeric Iced Tea

Everyone can suffer from inflammation from time-to-time. However, hot drinks aren’t everyone’s, well... cup of tea. With that in mind, here’s a delicious, all-natural remedy for inflammation which you can enjoy on a glorious sunny day - without breaking a sweat.

Ingredients:

2l water,

½ a lemon, sliced or rough chopped (or more to taste), rind included

1"" ginger root, rough chopped (or more to taste),

big dash of turmeric

, big dash cinnamon,

2 tbsp. maple syrup (more or less to taste)

Instructions:

1. Fill a 2-litre pot about ¾ full with water. Add in all the ingredients and bring to a boil on the stove. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Then remove from heat and allow the drink to cool off.

2. Strain into a glass jar.

3. Chill overnight in the fridge for an iced tea.
