Baldwins Remedy Creator - Lung Remedy

One of these is to create an all-powerful, lung-clearing vapour which can help obliterate the mucus and blockages in your lungs and airwaves. Lovely.

Instructions:

1. Add 4 drops of the Baldwins Eucalyptus Esential Oil, 3 drops of the Ravensara Essential Oil, 10 drops of the Birch Leaf Tincture and 3 drops of the Peppermint Essential Oil into a bowl of 550ml hot water.

2. Cover your head with a towel and breathe in the vapours for 10 minutes.

3. Repeat once daily to help ease symptoms.
