What is Maca and why does it help with conception? Well, aside from looking a little like the lovechild of a parsnip and a swede (not the Scandinavian kind), it’s a wonderful plant which has been used for thousands of years for its health benefits.
The hormone balancing properties that it is known for throughout the world are said to help with fertility and vitality and it is even good for men as well as women for increased fertility. It’s worth noting though that women should only take it between menses and ovulation and should discontinue use during pregnancy.
Instructions:
1. Stir 2 tsp. SuperFoodies Organic Maca Powder into the Biona Coconut Milk
2. Mix thoroughly in a blender until smooth and frothy.
