Baldwins Remedy Creator - Milkthistle and Shatavari Refresher

Instructions:

1. Mix 2 tsp. of Baldwins Milkthistle Seed Powder and 2g Shatavari Root into the 400ml water, just off the boil.

2. Leave to steep for 20 minutes, then strain.

3. Decant into a container and leave in the fridge overnight.

4. Once cool, serve with ice and enjoy.
