As the name suggests, motherwort is a herb which has long been renowned for its conception-aiding abilities. By reducing uterine muscle spasm and improving uterine tone, this herb has a dedicated following by those wishing to boost their chances of falling pregnant in an all-natural way.
It is also believed to mildly stimulate the uterus, helping it to work efficiently, which is useful in bringing on menstruation. So if you’re trying to conceive without much luck yet, try brewing up a cup of motherwort and honey tea, mixed with a dollop of honey to make it extra delicious.
Instructions:
1. Mix 2tsp. of the Baldwins Motherwort Herb into 350ml of water, just off the boil.
2. Leave to steep for 10 minutes, then strain.
3. Stir in 1tbsp. of the honey.
4. Drink and enjoy.
