Baldwins Remedy Creator - Mugwort and Ginger Bedtime Tea

When you’re winding down at the end of the day, your brain doesn’t necessarily always play ball. One of the most annoying things is going to bed and still having a head full of thoughts from the day which won’t leave you alone.

Instead of getting rid of them by deep-frying your mind watching twenty repeats of Grey’s Anatomy, why not try brewing up your own mind-clearing herbal tea to send you off into a clear, relaxed sleep?

This is where our friend Mugwort comes in. Although it has an ugly-sounding name, it’s a superstar of the herb world when it comes to bringing a relaxed clarity to your mind. Mix it in with a soothing dose of honey and you’ll be in a clear slumber before you know it.

Instructions:

1. Mix in 2g of the Baldwins Mugwort Herbs to 350ml water, just off the boil.

2. Leave to steep for ten minutes.

3. Stir in 1tbsp. of the Organic Honey and drink.
