“But is there a way of taking vitamin E in the form of a delicious, warming drink?” we hear you desperately call. Well funny you should ask, there is a way, and we have the recipe right here:
Instructions:
1. Mix the juice of 1 lemon in 350ml water, just off the boil
2. Stir in 2tsp. of the Baldwins Paprika Powder
3. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes
4. Stir in 1tbsp. of Honey, drink and enjoy
