Ingredients:
5 drops Baldwins Peppermint Essential Oil, 3 drops Baldwins Jojoba Essential Oil, 4 drops Baldwins Lemon Essential Oil
1. Dilute 5 drops of Baldwins Peppermint Essential Oil in 3 tbsp. of Baldwins Jojoba Essential Oil.
2. Adding a few drops of Baldwins Lemon Essential Oil will help to amplify its cooling, soothing properties.
3. Massage it onto your inflamed joints.
