Baldwins Remedy Creator - Red Clover Tea

The menopause. It’s one of those things you try to forget about, because if you don’t think about it, it can’t bother you, right? Well, maybe that works for some people, but for others it sadly doesn’t. If you’re waking in the night in a hot flush, the chances are you’d like to find a way to settle everything down and get back to normal.

That’s where our friend Red Clover comes in. It is widely used to treat hot flushes and night sweats due to the weak oestrogens it contains. These are believed to ease menopausal discomfort and balance the body’s temperature during hot flushes.

Instructions:

1. Mix 2tsp. of Baldwins Red Clover Herb into 350ml water, just off the boil

2. Leave to steep for 10 minutes

3. Strain, drink and enjoy
