What you’ll need (makes 4):
- Equinox Ginger kombucha x 2
- 1 cup 100% organic pure cranberry juice
- Handful of frozen sour cherries or raspberries
- 2 cubes of organic crystalised ginger (thinly sliced)
- 4 sprigs of rosemary
- Ice for the glasses
How to make your mocktail
- Fill 4 glasses with ice and the frozen berries
- In a large jug or jar, muddle the sliced ginger and rosemary together
- Add the kombucha and cranberry juice and stir well
- Use a strainer and pour over the ice and berries
