Baldwins Remedy Creator - Chamomile Tea

Fun fact: An estimated 1 million cups of chamomile tea are drunk each day. Fancy that. It’s not surprising though, considering the massive number of health benefits this wonderful little herb has.

Aside from helping with asthma, gastritis and stress, Chamomile is a known anti-inflammatory aid.

So to help with any inflammation you may be suffering, why not whip up a warm, relaxing cup of homemade Chamomile tea?

Ingredients:

2 cups boiling water, 2 tbsp. Baldwins Chamomile Herb,1 tsp. honey, 2 thin slices of apple.

Instructions:

1. Warm your tea pot with boiling water.

2. Add the apple slices to the pot and mash them with a wooden spoon.

3. Add the Baldwins Chamomile Herb and pour in the 2 cups boiling water.

4. Cover and steep for 3-5 minutes, then strain the tea into two cups.

5. Add honey to taste.
