Arnica flowers macerated in sunflower seed oil.
Arnica is ideal for massage after strenuous activities and is suitable for both children and adults. It is soothing applied to the skin after the rough and tumble of daily life or as a sports rub for hard working muscles and joints.
DIRECTIONS: Use for massage or add a few
drops to your bath. If desired add 5 drops of your
favourite essential oil to 10ml of this base oil.
INGREDIENTS: Arnica montana (Arnica) flowers infused in Helianthus annuus(sunflower) seed oil.
