A delicious blend of herbs to help manage hot flushes and night sweats. Should be drunk cold or on ice to help cool and reduce symptoms. Add a sprig of fresh mint or a slice of lemon.
Max Dose: Infuse 2-3 teaspoons of herb per teapot. Allow to cool and drink cold. Will keep in the fridge for up to 48 hours. Drink up to 3 cups a day.
Sage (Salvia officinalis), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Peppermint (Mentha piperita), Rose (Rosa damascena), Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium).
