Passionflower and Hops are gentle carminative herbs. This blend can be used occasionally or regularly to help establish a sleep pattern.'

Directions:

Take one 5ml teaspoonful after last meal of the day & one or two 5ml teaspoonfuls at bedtime.

Herbalist suggestion: Use Lavender essential oil on you pillow at bed time and avoid caffeine in the afternoon and at night.
