THE BEAUTY OF CASTOR OIL

Castor oil, pressed from the castor seed, is a beautiful oil that has been used for thousands of years as a remedy for a large range of ailments. It is extremely high in ricinoleic acid, which is thought to be responsible for its health promoting benefits.

Castor oil is antiviral, antibacterial, and anti-fungal. It has been described as the oil that heals. Nutritious in its nature, castor oil is used to clear obstructions from the body and stimulates the liver to detoxify poisons in the system. Our mess free, high-quality belts are designed to make castor packs easy and practical.

Recommended use:

Use for 4 consecutive days, rest for 2 days and then repeat until symptoms improve. This can be anywhere between 4-12 weeks. For many people, a castor pack becomes part of their daily routine and lifestyle choice.

Directions:

1. Use the adjustable straps to ensure the belt fits snugly to your shape.

2. Lay the belt on a flat surface with the flannel side facing up.

3. Take 1/4 measuring cup of 100% castor oil and pour generously across the flannel. Once you have applied the initial 1/4 cup on your first use you only need to apply 2-3 tablespoons of castor oil to the flannel for each subsequent use.

4. Wear warm socks to ensure you are not losing any heat and a loose shirt that you can use specifically for when you apply a castor pack. (Castor oil will stain so be sure to find something that you can use repeatedly just for this, a t-shirt or baggy jumper will do).

5. Rub an additional tablespoon of castor oil onto your abdomen.

6. Wash your hands.

7. Put on the belt.

8. Rest a hot water bottle over the belt.

9. Find a quiet spot, lay down and apply the heat pad to the abdomen for a maximum of 30-45 minutes.

10. Once completed remove the belt and use a flannel to wipe away any excess castor oil.
