Everfresh Organic Stem Ginger Cake 350g

A vegan cake made with chunks of organic stem ginger. No added fat, dairy or egg products are used. Our cakes are made from organic ingredients, which are a new experience in cakes. Made without dairy products, eggs, sweeteners or chemical additives, the sweetness is developed by using fruit juices and fruit as the source of natural, easily assimilated and nutrient buffered sugars. These sugars avoid the blood sugar reactions commonly experienced with conventional cakes.
