Directions

Once opened keep refrigerated and use within 4 weeks of opening. Dosage: take 2-4 tablespoons (30-60ml) per day of juice mixed with half a glass of water in the morning and evening 30 minutes before food or as directed by your health care professional. Can also be added to smoothies, fruit juices or taken on its own. The juice may have a cloudy appearance and sediment may settle at the base of the bottle. Variations in taste and colour could also occur between batches. It will not affect the quality. Do not exceed stated recommended daily dose. Hypoglycaemia individuals, pregnant and breast-feeding mothers should not consume the juice.
