Silky, subtle and light, General Food Merchant's organic Acacia comes from selected beekeepers in Hungary where one fifth of the country’s woodlands are Acacia forests. It is of exceptionally high quality, giving a crystal clear, delicate honey.
A low acidity level and high fructose content makes it a great alternative to sugar as a sweetener, as it won’t crystallise or inhibit other flavours.
