Green Rooibos is reminiscent of traditional green tea but is naturally caffeine-free. The South African Rooibos Plant, also known as Redbush, produces needle-like leaves which are here left un-oxidised to offer a smooth, lighter-bodied flavour with hints of natural sweetness.
