Rich, Juicy and full of goodness, Infinity Food's hand picked Sun dried tomato halves lock in the intense flavour of the Mediterranean ready for use in your own dishes.
Sound, ripe, red tomatoes are washed, hand selected, halved, rewashed, de‐watered and dehydrated. Once dried, product is sorted and packed.
A small quantity of Sunflower oil is used to naturally preserve the aroma and flavour, and to prevent spoilage as well as prevent clumping.
