Unlike their larger American cousins (blueberries), bilberries are small but have an intense and distinctive flavour. PlantLife have spent years perfecting our special air-drying method to make sure these are the best bilberries around, bar none.

Our organic bilberries grow in the unspoiled forests of Eastern Europe before being hand picked at perfect ripeness. The trick to our incredible bilberries is gently air-drying rather than freezing them. If you've only tried frozen bilberries, prepare to be amazed by the unique natural taste!
