Thursday Cottage Reduced Sugar Three Fruits Marmalade 315g

A combination of sweet orange, grapefruit and lemon. Winner of the 2010 Great Taste Awards.

Substituting fructose to cane sugar gives a slightly less sweet taste allowing a fuller fruit flavour to come through. With much less sugar than traditionally made preserves, they are enjoyed by those who like a less sweet jam as well as those who need them for dietary or health reasons.

INGREDIENTS

Prepared with 27g of Oranges, 13g of Grapefruits, 1g of Lemons per 100g. Total Sugar Content 38g per 100g.
