How to use (directions)

Shake gently before use. Take 5 to 10ml per day 80 - 160mg (1 to 2 teaspoons). Can be taken straight from the spoon however it is recommneded (due to strong taste) to be mixed with a cold drink, smoothie, juice etc (approximately 150ml of water). Do not exceed recommended dose. 10ml = 2 x teaspoons
